Download Shipping Instructions (PDF)Please read all shipping instructions carefully before sending your gravity meter. Proper packaging and documentation will help ensure your instrument arrives safely and your service request is processed promptly.
Before You Ship
- Contact us by phone or email before shipping to discuss your service needs and receive a service authorization.
- Include a note inside the package with your name, return address, phone number, and a description of the issue or service requested.
- Remove all accessories and loose items from the meter case before shipping. We also dont need any batteries with the meter when they are shipped in.
Packaging Requirements
- Ship the meter in its original carrying case whenever possible.
- Place the carrying case inside a sturdy outer shipping box with at least 3 inches of foam or bubble wrap padding on all sides.
- Secure the outer box with heavy-duty packing tape. Do not use standard office tape.
- Mark the outer box clearly as FRAGILE — SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENT.

Carrier & Insurance
- We recommend shipping via FedEx or UPS with full declared value insurance.
- Request signature confirmation on delivery.
- Keep your tracking number and share it with us so we can anticipate your meter's arrival.
Return Shipping
- Once service is complete, your meter will be shipped back to you on your FedEx or DHL account number.
